Casita Miro Gisborne Viognier 2020 - 750ml

Due to the huge popularity (and scarcity) of our Miro Vineyard Viognier up to now we have only been able to offer it by the bottle on our restaurant wine list. So when the opportunity arose to buy some pristine Viogner grapes from a grower in Gisborne we said yes please. We’ve made this Viognier in the style of our estate Viognier with good acidity and classically expressive aromatics, a small portion (10%) going through malolactic fermentation and ageing in oak, which gives the wine wonderful texture and weight. A finely balanced, full-bodied white.
