Originally from Galicia this Spanish variety is flourishing in New Zealand. It's refreshing nature calls to mind a cold gin + tonic on a hot summers day. Surprisingly bold citrus nose with a mouth filling palate full of bright fruit + a great acid embrace. From a spectacular vintage, only just over a barrel of this was made.
