This is a Chablis style, un-oaked Chardonnay which is approachable when still young though it will reward 2-3 years cellaring. This distinguishes it from typical NZ Chardonnays which tend to be oaked and bottle aged for longer periods in the more traditional Burgundian style. A lean wine with crisp minerality, nuances of tropical fruits and good acidity.
