Unique Pre-Dinner Tasting of rare wines and seasonal pintxos at our Glass House.

Join us for an intimate aperitivo hour of storytelling and discovery in our Casita de Cristal overlooking the vines. This tasting features our most exclusive Miro wines, giving you a chance to explore something truly unique.

Your host will guide you through three wines, each matched with a seasonal pintxo crafted fresh in our kitchen. Starting with our Waiheke Albariño paired with pan con tomate & anchoa, followed by the Bond Exceptional Harvest Bordeaux Blend (from a single barrel selected in only the most outstanding vintages) paired with Manchego and membrillo, and finishing with a copita of our fragrant house vermouth matched with a brioche, green olive & fennel montadito. 

We close the evening with a short wander to the Mosaic Bar for a final toast and stunning views before you continue to dinner.

This is a cosy, playful tasting designed for wine lovers, curious travellers, and anyone seeking a memorable night on Waiheke.
