In response to these fluctuations we have the following positions available:
CHEFS - all sorts ... chef de partie, commis, immediate start, permanent + seasonal positions available. Great hourly rates, lovely views out the windows, outrageous kitchen tunes, sharp implements, witty repartee, all sizes of chefs acceptable, apprenticeships encouraged for beginners.

SENIOR WAITER/WAITRESS - Permanent position for a well experienced service person. 2+ years front of house experience and wine knowledge preferred.
WAIT STAFF - Full and part-time positions available from November, 2022. An interest in wine is a definite advantage, but not essential.
CELLAR DOOR - Full-time position available from November, 2022. Wine knowledge and customer service experience required.
