Wine tastings can be ordered from the cellar door to enjoy in our outdoors terrace or sherry bar (weather permitting). And if you are dining in our main restaurant we offer a flight of wine matches, which pairs a selection of Casita Miro wines with our Fiesta Menu. In addition we also have a specially curated flight of exclusive Sherries are available to taste should you wish to explore the list of Jerez wines which we offer.

CASITA MIRO VINEYARD WINES
Casita Miro Vineyard wines are hand crafted from vine to bottle. At our four hectare Onetangi Valley vineyard we grow:
White varieties; Pinot Gris, Viognier, Albarino, Chardonnay
Red varieties; Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Syrah.
From these we blend a unique range of wines including Rosé, Syrah/Viognier, the Miro and the highly sought after Madame Rouge.

Here at Casita Miro we are ambassadors for the unique, vinous treasures that come from the historic soleras, bodegas and almacenistas of Jerez de la Frontera, El Puerto de Santa Maria and Sanlucar de Barrameda (the Zona de Jerez or 'Sherry Triangle') For years we have travelled to Spain in order to research, taste and select our favourite wines, which are then shipped back to NZ and feature prominently on our wine list, pairing perfectly, as they do with our traditionally inspired tapas. You can choose to enjoy a range of styles throughout your meal from bone-dry, saline Fino to exceptionally old, sweet Pedro Ximenez. Or ask for a tasting flight to discover and enjoy alongside your meal.
