Staying true to our Spanish and Mediterranean roots, we've given this timeless cocktail a distinctly Casita twist, using our very own Casita Miro Gin and Casita Miro Vermut, both crafted right here on Waiheke Island, alongside the iconic Italian Campari.
Our DIY Casita Negroni Kit includes a bottle of each of these three delicious ingredients, plus a recipe card with a simple step-by-step guide to making the perfect Negroni at home.
All you'll need is a mixing jug, plenty of ice, a long spoon and a few thirsty friends. Best enjoyed alfresco, preferably on a warm summer evening!
