Who doesn't love a Negroni? And the good news is that they are just about the easiest cocktail to make at home.
Our version is called El Conte because it's a Spanish homage to the Count Negroni himself. And we stay true to our Spanish/Mediterranean heritage when it comes to the ingredients:
We use Xoriguer Menorcan Gin, Vermut Capcanes from Tarragona and Campari (because that part is non-negotiable).
Our DIY El Conte Negroni pack includes a bottle of each of the above as well as a recipe card with a step-by-step guide to making the most delicious Med-style Negronis as well as some suggestions for garnishes. All you need is a mixing jug, lots of ice, a long spoon and several thirsty friends, ideally served alfresco on a warm summers evening.
