These are handmade in-house by patisierre extraodinaire Christine Schwarz, finished with candied orange. Wrapped in wax paper and a twine-tied bamboo box. Only a limited number of these are made each year. Cakes are 12cm in diameter and happily serve six with a cup of your favourite Earl Grey blend.
