This is a singular white wine from Jerez, a region famous for it's fortified wines. Palomino grapes from the famous Balbaina Alta district are fermented naturally and aged in old Manzanilla barrels giving the resultant wine an alluring hint of the nutty, floral character of the Manzanilla Pasada which preceded it. This is a fabulously unique white, which goes beautifully alongside an array of classic tapas.
