What's better than opening a bottle of Casita Miro's finest Provence style Rosé on a late Summer afternoon with a table full of fine food and good friends? 

How about a magnum of the same Rosé just to be sure that no one misses out.

Predominantly Merlot with a small percentage of Syrah and Cabernet Franc. Provence style Rosé with delicate red fruit aromas and a crisp, dry palate.

For the sensational 2025 vintage we bottled 100 magnums, which we are releasing just in time for the late summer sunshine.

91 points Stephen Wong The Real Review: A seriously savoury, dry rosé with manuka smoke, earthy spice and light plum juice flavours which soak through the velvet-textured light-bodied palate. A very fine framework of tannin provides the grain while just enough balancing acidity adds crispness and lift to the finish, allowing the wine to float elegantly above its structure.
