Casita Miro Martinborough Pinot Noir 2025 - 750ml

Presenting the inaugural Casita Miro Pinot Noir.

For this, our first ever Pinot Noir, we were able to purchase a small amount of premium Martinborough fruit from one of the Wairarapa's finest small, family-run estates. 

Wild yeast fermented, using a combination of whole berry and whole bunch fermentation and ageing for 11 months in neutral oak, which has produced a Pinot Noir of exceptional aromatic expression and vivacious red fruit aromas. The palate delivers flavours of rhubarb, cherry and savoury hints of forest floor and wild mushrooms.

Grown in Martinborough, made on Waiheke Island.
